We are so darn lucky to be attending THREE international podcast conferences this winter! We want to highlight our Nova Scotian guests, stories and talents in the best way possible, and these learning opportunities will help us do just that. It's an honour to have met so many local artists and entrepreneurs and we know that our small but mighty province has a lot to be proud of. Our goals are focused on: networking, increased listenership, securing new sponsors, and screaming from the roof tops about how incredible the arts are in Nova Scotia.

Where we're going:
1. Podfest Expo in Orlando (January)

2. South by South West (SXSW) in Austin (March)

3. Evolutions by Podcast Movement in LA (March)

We have received partial funding through NSGov (thank you!) and are now raising $$ to cover the balance of costs. We would appreciate your support so so much and have some packages to offer at various price points to help make this possible :)

FAQ

Do prices include HST? Yes they do!
When will I receive my bundle? We plan to ship all packages by May, 2024 (maybe earlier!)
What's a podcast conference? The conference design allows us to attend break-out sessions that specialize in various aspects of podcasting (sponsorship, promotion, format, trends, etc.). There are a number of keynote speakers at each event who are leaders in the podcasting world. Networking sessions; Sponsorship opportunities; Bragging about NS the whole time. If you've been to a Music NS week, or East Coast Music Awards conference, they function similarly to this!
Will you be recording guests while you're away? MAYBE! We aren't taking a full studio set-up but have portable mics for our phones if the mood strikes
How will we know if you're successful? We will record a follow-up episode this April, 2024 after completing all of this learning. We'll keep you in the loop!
